DealLabs is the travel infrastructure for cross-border travelers
DealLabs is a Seoul-based technology company building the execution layer for international travel.
We connect real-time city transport, verification-first local data and multilingual delivery into products that tell travelers what to do next, today, in the city they are standing in.

About Us
Founded in Seoul in 2025 by Young Cho, DealLabs builds city products for people who arrive somewhere new and need to act: which exit, which train, what is open, what is worth the walk. Everything is published in English, Japanese and Chinese from one dataset.
Data
Every record carries its source. Opening hours, exits, walking times and closures are checked against named sources before they are published and re-checked on a schedule; build gates refuse unverified data.
Our pop-up database holds 680 limited-run Seoul pop-ups that opened in 2026, each dated, located and categorized, and is refreshed every week. The Summer 2026 market report, revised September 1, is built from it.
Since September 1, 2026 we also archive Seoul's real-time population, demographic and card-activity readings for 44 hotspots every 15 minutes, a history the city itself does not publish.
Operations
A small team runs an AI-native operation: research, verification, engineering and QA around the clock, shipping to production every day. Small on purpose, fast because of it.

Work with DealLabs
Our readers decide what to do next, today, in the city. We distribute tours, tickets and experiences at that moment of decision.
We license the verified data layer and the Seoul Pulse archive for research, and bring the platform to new cities with partners.
